cinder volume节点存在down设备，要删除。使用cinder-manage方式删除

openstack volume service set [--enable | --disable] [--disable-reason <reason>] <host> <service>

openstack volume service set --disable storage cinder-volume

如果想记录禁用原因，可以加上 --disable-reason 参数：
